Video Licensing Terms

The following terms apply to all video clips, short films, and long-form footage available for licensing from ScubaBC, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
License Type: Royalty-Free, Non-Exclusive
All licensed footage is provided under a royalty-free, non-exclusive license. You pay once for usage rights and do not owe ongoing royalties. However, others may also license the same footage unless otherwise specified.
Permitted Uses
Licensed footage from ScubaBC may be used for:

- Commercial projects (advertisements, documentaries, films, branded content, etc.)
- Editorial content (news features, educational materials, public awareness campaigns)
- YouTube, Vimeo, and other video platforms (monetized or not)
- Website and social media marketing
- Broadcast and streaming productions
Restrictions
Licensees may not:

- Resell, relicense, or redistribute the footage in any form
- Use the footage in a way that implies endorsement by ScubaBC
- Use the footage in any defamatory, misleading, or unlawful context
- Include the footage in stock libraries or templates
Delivery & Format
All licensed footage will be delivered in its original resolution (typically 4K or 1080p) via secure download link. Custom formats or edits may be available upon request.

While not required, we appreciate a credit in the form:
